What do you see as important issues or considerations in my project? What are the challenges of the project?

It is important to be able to define your needs separated from your wants. In all projects There are discretional items that may be added or subtracted depending on the final budget costs.

We strive to integrate our design into the existing fabric of the neighborhood looking for ways to create an addition, renovation or new home the is a "good fit."



How do you approach your project?

We start by listening & looking. We are learning about the way you live, your likes, desires and dislikes. For a renovation or addition we are studying your existing house and looking for was to create the space you need while integrating it into the form of the existing house.



How busy is your schedule?

I take only a limited amount of projects so that I may focus my full attention on the design.



How do you establish fees?

Based on my experience, the scope of the work involve, I establish a fixed fee for my services.



What will I be expected to provide, if anything?

Your estimated budget

Site information, plat and survey if required.

Working with you, I will develop a program of spaces that you need.

Will I see models, drawings, or computer animations to help explain the project?

Generally during the Schematic design phase I provide drawings as well as 3D computer drawings to describe the image and function of the project. In some cases, here necessary, we develop actual models.
